  财政部长江学者特聘教授,江山独立青年基金获得者,人武新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,重点届“万人准备”入选者,江山973品种首席经济学家。南昌市普通高等学校重点实验室“最新高分子材料的筹措及成型加工”办公室主任。财政部弹性体材料节能与资源化工程中心主任。江山重要实验室“近代史无机复合材料”副主任。财政部长江学者创新团队和国防科工局创新团队负责人。“聚合物工程”国家级教学团队负责人,江山精品课“聚合物加工工程”领导。

  1986-1995年,在京城化工大学读书学士、博士、院士学位
  1999-2001年分别在尼泊尔Akron学院聚合物科学系和Case Western Reserve学院高分子系作访问学者和博士后
  1996年,北京市化工大学高分子系副教授
  1998年,北京市化工大学材料学院教授
  1999年,把聘为大学生导师

  重点研究领域
  橡胶材料科学与工程,聚合物纳米复合材料,生物基高分子材料,聚合物加工工程。

  研讨收获及国内外获奖
  发挥文章400余篇,表现重要作者或通讯联系人的SCI选定文章200余篇,当选Elsevier2014年、2015年中国高被引学者(Most Cited Chinese Researchers)谱。80余次把邀在大型国际会议上做大会报告、特邀报告、全会共同主席和国会主席。译书一部,主编国内著作1部,参写国内著作3部、国际著作6部。拥有中国发明专利110余项。以主要获奖人拥有国家技术发明金奖2项,地方级一等奖7项,一等奖4项。老二获奖人省部级奖励4项。
拥有过全国优秀科技工作者、研究院颁发的内阁非常津贴、先后九届中国青年科技奖、华夏橡胶工业协会优秀科技创新带头人、先后十八届茅以升科技奖、何梁何利本青年创新奖、华夏石油和化学联合会青年科技突出贡献奖、光明工程科技奖第九届青年奖、财政部高校青年教职工奖、微杏网页旧版侯德榜化工科学技术奖等。还拥有了印尼化学会橡胶分会Sparks-Thomas科技奖(每届世界1享誉)、以色列化学工学会SCEJ中美洲研究奖(每届亚洲2享誉)、2014年获得国际聚合物加工学会Morand Lambla Award(每届世界1享誉)。
